Our ancestors walked barefoot for tens of thousands of years. They slept on the ground, or on animal skins.

Because the human body is electronically conductive, when we are in direct contact with the earth, an equilibrium forms between us and our body synchronises with the natural frequencies of the earth. Go outside and put your bare feet on the earth's natural surfaces. Try and connect with grass, sand, dirt, rocks, plants, trees, oceans, lakes or streams for at least 30minutes per day. Take the time to breathe deeply and appreciate life.
